Of the 49 Confidential E-Mail Requests here are the results of the tally:
Total Responses- 15
- Immediate Family- 1 Vote
- 4 Guests Total- 5 Votes
- 4 Guests With Accommodations For Up to 6 During Peak Holidays or Special Requests- 2 Votes
- 4 Guests With Accommodations For Up to 10 By Special Request- 2 Votes
- 4 Guests with Accommodations For Unlimited Guests By Special Request- 2 Votes
- 5 Guests Total- 1 Vote
- 5 Guests With Accommodations For Up to 8 During Peak Holidays or Special Requests- 1 Vote
- 6 Guests Total- 1 Vote
Based on the results received, the majority votes have recommended we continue with 4 Total Guests (plus 2 residents) with provisions for additional guests by Special Request and Holidays.
We will be coming up with a request calendar that will allow residents and lot owners the opportunity to obtain additional guest passes. Once we have scheduling procedures and enforcement guidelines in place we will advise everyone how to comply with these requests.
