REMINDER: NO GLASS is permitted in the pool area.

State law prohibits the use of ANY type of glass in the pool area. For that reason, our staff and Pool management cannot allow glass in the pool area (past the pavilion screens).

If your beverage, such as wine or beer bottles, come in a glass bottle, we ask that you comply with state law and please bring a plastic cup to use.

***You may pour your beverage under the Pavillion into your cup and then take it to the pool area. However for the safety of every resident and staff member, if glass is brought beyond that point, we will have to remove it.

***Beer koozies as a replacement are not accepted in the pool area.

No Glass at All

Bringing glass into the pool area can also have an impact on the pool equipment. We have pulled glass and several bottle caps from being stuck inside the skimmers & the vacuum, which means they are in the pool your friends, family and little toddler feet are walking.

Under the pool furniture is also an area we have found broken wine glasses. We must do better at protecting the residents of this community, the equipment and the furniture.

We implore you in assisting us by following the NO GLASS RULE.

If you have any questions, please feel free to submit via the online portal at www.liveatbeaconhill.com and Joe McGinley will answer those for you.

It’s Labor Day weekend, enjoy your pool safely!
