Good morning, Residents,
As part of our ongoing commitment to preserving the natural beauty and safety of Beacon Hill, Martinez Lawn Service has begun removing the dead trees throughout the community that were previously identified and marked with orange ribbon. This work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Wednesday.
During this time, you may notice landscape crews working throughout various areas of the community. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed and remain committed to maintaining the exceptional appearance and quality of Beacon Hill.
Following the completion of the tree removal project, our team will continue enhancing the community’s irrigation system. This next phase will include evaluating, updating, and redesigning portions of the existing system to improve efficiency, coverage, and the long-term health of our landscaping.
If you notice a fallen tree or observe a tree that appears to be dead or poses a potential safety concern, we encourage you to submit a Homeowner Service Request. Prompt reporting allows our team to evaluate concerns quickly and schedule any necessary maintenance.
Thank you for your continued support as we invest in the long-term beauty, safety, and stewardship of the Beacon Hill community.
Sincerely,
Beacon Hill Property Management
