Charlie Graves would like to spend some time visiting with residents at the Marina on Tuesday, August 11, later in the afternoon. As we get closer, we’ll confirm the exact time, but he’d like to make himself available if there’s enough interest.

While I have you here, I also wanted to let everyone know that the Beacon Hill office will be closed Friday through Monday.

For a true community or property-related emergency, please email/text me directly. Brian, our part-time maintenance team member, will be onsite throughout the weekend as needed, and I will coordinate any emergency maintenance concerns with him.
