🔔 How It Works: Residents may receive a text from 91896 to start the service. You can opt-in by texting the keyword “KEMP” to 91896. Reply “YES” to confirm opt-in and start receiving updates like events, water notices, public alerts, and more. You can also opt-out anytime by texting STOP.
💬 Get Information 24/7: By texting 1-2 keywords to 903-289-5161, you’ll have on-demand access to information about water notices, events, code compliance, and much more—available anytime, day or night!
