Good afternoon Residents and Homesite Owners!
We are delighted to report that we passed our C/O inspections this past Friday and can now use the pool and pavilion complex.
We are attaching the first draft of our recommended Pool Rules which we will implement and begin monitoring today.
In compiling these rules, we reached out to other prominent Cedar Creek Lake area Communities as well as some Management Company consulting firms and State Commercial Pool resources for this first draft.
We were surprised to see the 4 other comparable communities on the lake had placed emphasis on the 2 guests per-resident pool policy, however, we thought we would extend that to 4 guests per-resident for the soft opening period.
The beach area restrooms are being installed next week and more sand will be added to continue to allow large groups and private parties. More updates to follow as we maximize that amenity as well.
We do have some items that we need to complete that will finish the pool center including delivery and installation of the remaining furniture (lounge chairs with cushions, umbrellas, bar stools, 2 interior and 2 exterior TVs, and an audio system). The pool itself is being adjusted daily so we can operate the heater, spa, fountains, etc. So we appreciate your patience while we develop a working knowledge of these systems.
