Boating and Pool Season Starting Early!

As the much-needed rains returned, our lake is now at Full Pool Condition, and the mild temperatures have made early boating a reality. This pic, showing the completed new Jetty walls, was taken Tuesday evening, and we tested our waterways; the conditions were amazing.

When boating, please exercise caution, as the first and second buoys have shifted.

When departing the marina, please follow along the wall approximately 25 to 40 feet and make the turn towards the island between lots 39 and 43.

Buoys 3, 4, and 5 are in position, so please keep them 50 feet to your port (left) side when departing and starboard side when returning, and head towards the wall between lots 39 and 43 when passing Buoy 3. (As always, please exercise caution for any floating or hidden hazards.)

Early Pool and Spa Conditions:

The Pool Heat Pump is on and provides the most efficient way of heating. When entering the Pavilion, the Heat Pump will display the current water temperature. During this early season, please let us know if you are planning on using the Spa, and we will bring it to temperature. The aerator switch on the wall is fully operational if so desired.

We look forward to continuing to enjoy this early Spring, and hopefully, our residents will also have time to experience these great conditions.

ENJOY!!
