We have reached out to our current Homebuilders regarding delivery and sub-contractor vehicles-trailers entering the Community through the Front (Main Gate).
Effective this Wednesday, January 4rd, contractor and delivery access codes will be disabled at the Front Gate and only remain operational at the wider rear gate located at 8275 CR 4023.
As these vehicles attempt to navigate through the main entrance as well as the main gate we have experienced an increase in costly landscape and irrigation repairs due to the narrow ingress conditions. Our gate cameras have allowed us to zero in on those responsible however we will begin placing the following new A-frame signs at the main gate as well as the front entry to help direct these vehicles down the County Road to the Rear Entrance.
We have also updated the call button network so we can be contacted for remote access for unexpected deliveries from these drivers at the keypad who may be unaware of the change.
