A friendly reminder that we are noticing increased Vendor/Contractor activity at the front gate.
Since we have disabled the 3339 at the front gate, please direct your Repair Contractors or Delivery Trucks to use the rear gate located at 8275 County Road 4023, Kemp(available on their GPS), and the code will work there.
As we begin to install our spring colors and replace some landscaping, our wider rear gates will allow safe entry and departure for these vehicles. So, please use that address for rear entry access.
