COMMUNITY UPDATE-
As we prepare for the extended freeze conditions and the impending storm coming tomorrow and Friday, we have closed off our water supply to both the pool and marina until we get through the weekend and higher temps return.
We are also standing by to determine if driving conditions become hazardous and will take appropriate action if necessary in the next 24 hours. Hopefully the ice will not wreak havoc on driving conditions, but more updates to follow.
On another quick note, we have notified the Builder about a Contractors Vehicle that leaked what appears to be hydraulic fluid on a large portion of our concrete roadway leading to the rear gate.
We have been assured by the Builder that they will assume responsibility for this cleanup as quickly as possible so we wanted our residents to be aware that we are addressing this problem.
