The following Homeowner Requests have been addressed:

Trimming around benches, signage, and debris cleared from the Marina area.

Near the intersection of Blue Heron Drive and Beacon Shore Rd., the rut/gap between the curb and the property was filled with soil. While the gap has been filled at this time this is a temporary solution until the entire gap is planted with sod.

The gap near the start of the Jetty Wall Walkway by the boat ramp has been filled in with stones.

Lake Ava Beach sand has been added and smoothed out. We have a dedicated staff member assigned to the beach this afternoon and all weekend. He will have all the floating toys available and he will be maintaining the area.

The mowing crew continues to complete trimming grass along Beacon Hill Road on the side near Lake Ava. The Saturday crew is scheduled for tomorrow morning.
We appreciate the use of the Homeowner Service Request form to communicate the needs of the Community and our Residents. Our entire team receives these requests. They are then printed and forwarded to the appropriate crew to execute. We will continue to post updates as new requests are completed.
