Special Open Board Meeting
This Ballot may be used to cast your vote for a vote to explore alternatives to the current 3% Resale Assessment Fee for future consideration by the Board.
Article VI – Covenants For Assessments Section 6.3 The Amount of the Assessment. This Ballot is valid for the Special Meeting, any adjournment thereof, and any noticed subsequent attempt to hold this meeting, and shall not expire until after the vote is complete.
Section 6.3 – (Covenants page 20 of 122 if using the PDF version, page 19 of tangible copy) currently show the amount of the Land Transfer (Resale) Assessment Fee to be 3% of the consideration or (sale price).
Instructions for Delivery of Electronic Ballot: All ballots must be submitted before the October 1, 2025 5:00PM by electronic response. Ballots will not be accepted at any time after the date and time of the Special Meeting. No person other than a POA Member is authorized to cast votes on his/her behalf.
