Just a quick gate access update for the community.
The previous delivery code, 3339, has been disabled and replaced with 4449.
Please use 4449 for FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and similar delivery services only, and please share it only when needed for a delivery (rear gate only).
If you have a specific guest, visitor, contractor, or service provider who needs access for a limited period of time, please text me. I’m happy to set up a temporary code for them so we can keep access a little more organized and secure.
I’m also taking a closer look at our Summit Control system, which is now about 8 years old, to see what upgrade options are available. One of the things I’m exploring is whether residents can eventually manage temporary guest access directly through the app, which would make this much easier for everyone.
For now, if you need a temporary code set up for someone, just reach out to me and I’ll take care of it.
