Residents, just a quick Marina update. The ice machine is currently out of service (again).
I’m aware that this equipment has experienced recurring issues over the last several months, so rather than simply making another quick repair, I’m taking the opportunity to have the entire setup evaluated and determine what is causing the ongoing problems. The goal is to find a reliable, long-term solution rather than continue addressing the same issue as it arises.
While lower lake levels may mean fewer trips to the Marina right now, I know it remains an important community amenity and want its equipment ready and functioning properly for those who use it.
