Beacon Hill residents, please be aware that the City of Kemp is currently under Stage 2 of its Water Conservation Plan.
I spoke directly with City representative, Luis Valentin, this morning who confirmed that, although the updated information has not yet been publicly posted, the City has asked its ordinance officer to begin enforcing the Stage 2 restrictions.
