Just a quick community update!
You may notice orange traffic cones placed throughout the community this week as misc. painting is being completed in certain areas. If you see cones, please use caution when traveling nearby and avoid moving them.
We are also aware that the large umbrella on the far right side of the pool area, facing the marina, is damaged. A replacement has already been arranged and will be installed as soon as possible.

I wanted to provide a quick update regarding the damaged umbrella located at the pool.
Our vendor has scheduled a site visit for this Thursday to inspect the umbrella and document the necessary repairs. Following the inspection, they will determine which replacement parts are needed and provide us with the next steps for repair.
