Good afternoon Residents and Homesite Purchasers!
As promised, Joe and I have just launched our latest new feature to the POA Site – our High Priority or Emergency Notification System. This system will provide a faster way to receive Community Alerts directly to the cell number you submit.
At this time, this feature will be used specifically for Admins of the POA Site to broadcast community-related alerts such as *Gate issues, *Severe Weather, *Security, etc.
Not every text alert will be broadcast through the Community Alert Forum. So to ensure you are “in the know”, we do encourage each resident to sign up to receive these alerts.
To sign up for these Text Notifications please follow the steps below.
1) (optional) Add 833-737-1079 as a New Contact on your phone. We have named it Beacon Hill POA Notifications, but this is entirely up to you.
2) Visit this link https://beaconhillpoa.com/subscribe-to-text-notifications/
3) Add in your info and click SUBSCRIBE. (If you decide later on that you no longer want to receive these text alerts, you can always unsubscribe, or shoot me an email and I will be happy to do it for you. You will still receive these Community Alerts via email.)
**Please note that Admins will not receive replies to these Text Alerts. If you would like to reply to these alerts, feel free to email PSlack@liveatbeaconhill.com, or if these are also on the Community Alerts Formum, you simply log in to the site and navigate to them.
**To view posts made by fellow Residents in the Community Forum, you will need to continue logging in, or follow the link provided when they are delivered to your inbox. Text alerts are not used for the resident Community Forum.
