As part of the ongoing community-wide maintenance and infrastructure review, access to both entrances of the jetty has been temporarily blocked while we assess the cleaning, maintenance, and repairs needed in this area.
The condition of the jetty has already been identified during our recent property walkthroughs this past month and is included on our master maintenance list. We are currently evaluating the work needed to address general wear and tear, cleaning, and other maintenance concerns before work begins.
As projects move forward, we will continue sharing updates here on the POA Discussion Board.
Please do not move or pass the cones at either entrance at this time. Although the cones are marked “Wet Paint,” they are simply being used as a temporary visual barrier and there is no wet paint.
